CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will be accepted up to one week in advance of an event minus a $5.00 service charge. Cancellations must be done by the registrant online in the Cvent registration system.  You can access your registration in Cvent using your confirmation number, which can be found in the registration confirmation email.  No cancellations or refunds will be accepted the week prior to the event.
